Formerly a manual process, the event planner is an internal tool feature that simplifies input and automates data validation to decentralize and reallocate responsibilities. It has enabled users to seamlessly organize 40 different promotional events within its first 5 months, including 3 major holiday events.

This evaluation uncovered countless usability issues, accessibility barriers, and bugs, resulting in dead clicks, user frustration, and site abandonment. By prioritizing critical issues like accessibility violations and misalignment against the laws of UX, I successfully attained 55% adoption within 6 months while seamlessly integrating with pre-planned Agile workflows.
Best Buy Efficient Layout Redesign
A self-initiated design system passion project, this initiative reimagined inconsistent components and unintuitive layouts to create a scalable model to be used across multiple internal tools for scalable, streamlined designs and maximized consistency.
